Cydaya Biotech (formerly Ambigen Biotech) develops and manufactures IVD raw materials and immunoassay bulk reagents for IVD manufacturers.
新旦雅生物科技（前身为安必进生物），为 IVD 制造商开发并生产体外诊断原料与免疫分析半成品试剂。
Founded in 2020, the company started with core immunoassay raw materials and has served applications in autoimmunity, allergy, and infectious diseases. In 2026, we launched the Cydaya brand to extend our work from biological raw materials into bulk reagent development and application performance optimization — shortening development cycles, improving product performance, and reducing uncertainty between material selection and reagent validation. Cydaya operates a laboratory in Shanghai, an office in Nanjing, and international operations through Hong Kong, connecting raw material innovation with assay development for IVD manufacturers worldwide.
公司创立于 2020 年，以免疫诊断核心原料研发为起点，长期服务于自身免疫、过敏原、传染病等免疫分析应用场景。2026 年起，公司正式启用 Cydaya 品牌，将业务从生物原料延伸至半成品试剂开发与应用性能优化，帮助客户缩短研发周期、提升产品性能，并降低从原料筛选到试剂验证之间的不确定性。Cydaya 在上海设有实验室，南京设有办公室，并通过香港实体开展国际业务，为全球 IVD 制造商连接免疫诊断原料创新与试剂应用开发。

In IVD development, raw material suppliers, reagent manufacturers, and clinical users typically work in separate domains. Since 2020, Cydaya has worked to close the gap at the interface between raw materials and immunoassay applications. We believe that addressing clinical needs requires coordinated R&D — from the molecular design of the raw material to its formulation in the final assay.
